Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Personalized/customized items (such as engraved collars) may require an additional 2-4 business days for production before shipping, since these are made to order based on the details you provide.
Shipping Time Because our products are sourced through international fulfillment partners, please allow the following estimated delivery windows to the United States:
- Expedited Shipping : 2-5 business days
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are Free of cost.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders shipped within the United States typically do not incur additional customs fees. In rare cases, depending on package routing, minor customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at Mr.amonsour@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Mr.amonsour@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
