Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded, due to their personalized or hygienic nature:

  • Personalized/custom-engraved products (e.g., collars with custom name, phone number, or address engraving) — unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error made by us
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (including personalization errors on our end), contact us within 7 days of delivery at Mr.amonsour@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, correction, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return Email Mr.amonsour@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for how to proceed. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot guarantee a refund for unauthorized returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 12 hours of purchase and before the order has entered processing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — please refer to our return policy instead.
